We will make adjustments throughout your application process, in line with Sanctuary’s commitment to our Disability Confident employer status.\nReceptionist\nWardley House, Bradford, BD5 0AG\n£13,683 - £14,700 per annum\n20 hours per week - Monday to Friday 1.00pm to 5.00pm\nWe’re looking for a Receptionist to join our Sanctuary Students team based at Wardley House in Bradford.\nThe role will be responsible for being first point of contact for all students and guests visiting the site and will complete different administrative tasks on a day-to-day basis. We’re looking for someone with people skills who has worked in a similar role, communicating, and helping people in a friendly demeanour within a similar hospitality environment.\nThe role of Receptionist will include:\nWelcoming and greeting new arrivals and visitors on site and giving directions and advice when needed\nIssuing keys and passes to visitors and managing the signing in and out documents ensuring it is kept up to date and dealing with the key replacement process\nHandling queries and complaints via phone, email and at the front desk\nSchedule appointments in calendar and informing residents through email\nAdministrative tasks including filing, printing, scanning, and updating spread sheets and different systems\nReceiving and organising post and parcels which comes in\nAssisting with viewings of the property and rooms when requested\nAssisting with payments and account queries\nAssisting the residents and site team with reported repairs\nSkills and experiences:\nRecent experience of undertaking a similar role\nWorking knowledge of effective communication at all levels\nExperience of supporting the delivery of high-quality accommodation or customer service\nGood communication skills and understanding of written and spoken English\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook \nWhy work for us?\nSanctuary Students manages accommodation for over 11,500 students across England and Scotland.
