Managing and coordinating the cost effective and efficient delivery of change programs This role sits within the Transformation team and works across multiple business areas, supporting the delivery of key projects and programs that drive business outcomes.\nThe role of Senior Project Managerwill include:\nManage and coordinate the delivery of change programmes/projects throughout the project lifecycle, in support of business objectives\nWork within and aid the development of appropriate tools and good practice processes to support the effective delivery and coordination of business change programmes, including their reporting, in line with Group objectives\nDeliver improvements in financial performance through the effective delivery of change programmes/projects, in line with Group objectives\nManage project/programme team members including their effective recruitment and on-going development, to ensure required skilled staff are available to meet business needs\nPartner with programme leadership to effectively deliver outcomes across multiple projects, managing competing priorities and multiple workstreams simultaneously.\nSkills and experiences:\nProven experience of managing medium to large scale projects/programmes, with an understanding of a full project life cycle\nSome experience of successful delivery of projects/programmes achievement in a large, complex organisation, within an organisational structure which includes a group parent and subsidiary organisations\nProven experience of producing progress reports and management information, including making recommendations for changes needed to ensure delivery\nProven experience in developing solutions in line with business strategies, whilst meeting business and user needs\nSome experience of undertaking accurate and effective cost benefit analysis\nTravel is a requirement of the role; therefore, a full valid driving licence is essential\nWhy work for us?\nWe provide homes and care for more than 250,000 people in England and Scotland.
