You will be responsible for window cleaning, gutter vacuum cleaning and other duties. You will be using a ‘reach and wash’ system to provide window cleaning across all of Sanctuary's properties as well as a gutter clearance service. The team also complete jet washing and other caretaking responsibilities. You will join a large team and will work alongside 1 other operative sharing a van. You will cover various sites across the local region and have opportunities to further your career, carrying out training when required.\nThe role of Window Cleanerwill include:\nCarrying out window cleaning, caretaking and cleaning duties\nServing as a first point of contact for customers, providing accurate and timely information when needed\nIdentify and report any potential maintenance issues to ensure a safe environment is maintained\nEnsuring tools, equipment and vehicle are maintained in good condition and stock levels are maintained appropriately\nSkills and experiences:\nWorking knowledge and experience of undertaking window cleaning\nSome experience of general caretaking and cleaning duties\nWorking knowledge of Health and Safety legislation\nGood eye for detail with strong communication and customer service skills\nAbility to work to deadlines\nThis role will involve driving on company business.
