This role oversees frontline employees to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant manufacturing operations that meet production schedules and quality standards.\nThe Production Supervisor ensures adherence to FSMA (21 CFR Part 117) preventive controls, applicable FDA and/or USDA regulations, and supports the facility’s SQF certified Food Safety and Quality Management System.\nThis position reinforces food safety compliance and operational controls but does not override the authority of Food Safety & Quality Assurance (FSQA) personnel regarding product disposition, hold/release decisions, or food safety corrective actions.
