As our Sanitation Supervisor, you'll lead the team responsible for making sure every inch of our production facility meets the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety. You'll plan the schedules, train the crew, and be the person everyone counts on when it's time for an audit or inspection. If you take pride in high standards, hands-on leadership, and protecting the safety of the food supply, we want to talk to you.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead and manage sanitation processes that maintain and continuously improve cleanliness, food safety, and operational efficiency\nSupervise and support a team of sanitation personnel, providing hands-on guidance, training, and oversight\nDevelop, implement, and monitor sanitation schedules so all equipment and facility areas are properly cleaned and sanitized\nGet to the root cause of contamination issues and help the team fix them for good\nCoordinate sanitation activities to minimize disruption to production while keeping compliance on track\nEnsure the proper use, handling, and storage of cleaning chemicals in line with safety and regulatory guidelines\nKeep accurate documentation of sanitation activities, schedules, chemical usage, and verification records\nPartner with production, quality, and leadership teams across shifts to keep sanitation effective and on schedule\nJump in with hands-on support on the production floor whenever it's needed\nSupport environmental monitoring programs and corrective actions\nWhat You Need\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field is a plus\n5+ years of experience in a food manufacturing or sanitation environment preferred\nFamiliarity with food safety standards (GMPs, SSOPs, HACCP, SQF) preferred\nStrong leadership skills with a track record of training and developing a team\nExcellent time management and the ability to consistently meet deadlines\nSharp attention to detail and a genuine commitment to food safety and cleanliness\nSolid understanding of sanitation chemicals, concentrations, and application methods\nAbility to safely operate sanitation equipment (pressure washers, foamers, scrubbers, and similar tools)\nComfortable navigating sanitation tracking systems or software (e.g., CMMS or sanitation logs)\nWhy You'll Love Working Here\nWe believe leaders who protect our people and our product deserve to be well taken care of.
