engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\n\n8+ years of progressive experience in programme and/or project management in complex, matrixed environments.\n\nDemonstrated experience leading large cross-functional initiatives with multiple workstreams and senior stakeholders.\n\nWorking knowledge of program governance, portfolio processes, and delivery frameworks (traditional, Agile, or hybrid).\n\nStrong financial acumen (budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis) and experience producing executive-ready reporting.\n\nProven ability to manage risk/issues/dependencies and drive decisions through ambiguity.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including facilitation and executive
