Stream has been featured in WSJ, Bloomberg, & Wired, and begins shipping in Summer '26.\nJoin us in creating technology that extends human thinking.\nAbout\nWe are seeking a hands-on Operations Program Manager to own end-to-end execution across our Operations function from late DVT through PVT, MP ramp, and sustaining production. This role is responsible for ensuring that engineering outputs transition cleanly into scalable, repeatable operations. This role sits at the center of manufacturing readiness, supply chain execution, logistics coordination, and quality ramp, working closely with our Head of Operations and cross-functional partners.\nResponsibilities\nOperations Execution\nOwn operations execution plans aligned to the TPM-led master schedule.\n\nTranslate engineering milestones into concrete manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and quality deliverables.\n\nDrive closure of operational dependencies required to support PVT, MP ramp, and sustaining builds.\n\nManage operational impacts of engineering changes in partnership with TPM.\n\nManufacturing Ramp\nLead factory readiness activities including line setup, capacity planning, pilot builds, and ramp execution.\n\nEnsure readiness of BOMs, tooling, test flows, packaging, OQC plans, and work instructions.\n\nPartner with Quality and CM teams to track yield and defect trends through ramp.\n\nSupport daily and weekly factory execution reviews as needed.\n\nSupply Chain & Logistics\nCoordinate with the Supply Chain Lead on material readiness, long-lead item tracking, risk buys, and supplier issue resolution.\n\nWork with the Logistics PM to align inbound materials, outbound shipments, regional allocations, and delivery commitments to production plans.\n\nEnsure operational plans are executable against real-world supply and logistics constraints.\n\nField Quality & Sustaining Operations\nOwn field quality execution: tracking and triage of customer-reported issues, RMAs, and early failure trends.\n\nDrive EFFA and Pareto analysis across factory defects, OQC failures, and field returns to focus teams on highest-impact issues.\n\nCoordinate containment, root cause analysis, and corrective actions (8D / CAPA) for systemic issues.\n\nEstablish feedback loops between Customer Support, CM, Quality, and Supply Chain so field learnings are reflected in production.\n\nOwn sustaining readiness including ECO rollouts, rework planning, inventory disposition, and yield stability post-ramp.\n\nDashboards, Metrics & Cadence\nOwn operational dashboards (yield, defect, OQC, field-quality Pareto) and the Operations RAID log; ensure data accuracy with CM, OQC, and Quality partners.\n\nProactively surface execution gaps with clear options and tradeoffs.\n\nRun core Ops execution meetings and provide concise, decision-oriented updates to leadership.\n\nAct as single point of accountability for day-to-day operational execution health.\n\nQualifications\n7+ years experience in Operations Program Management, Manufacturing Program Management, or similar roles in hardware products.\n\nDirect experience supporting EVT → DVT → PVT → MP transitions.\n\nStrong understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and quality workflows.\n\nProven ability to manage external partners and contract manufacturers.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication;
