This opportunity forms part of the launch of our upcoming exciting project, a luxury sister property & restaurant located on the Santorini Caldera. As a new addition to our portfolio, this concept will offer a distinctive expression of luxury hospitality and gastronomy, shaped by its exceptional setting and the unique character of Santorini, while providing an opportunity to contribute to the creation of a truly exceptional destination.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes under the guidance of senior chefs.
• Ensure all mise en place is completed accurately and on time for each service.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and hygiene in all kitchen areas.
• Handle and store ingredients properly to maintain freshness and quality.
• Follow food hygiene and safety regulations at all times in accordance with HACCP guidelines.
• Support the Demi Chef de Partie and Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations.
• Learn and apply standard recipes, techniques, and presentation methods.
• Assist in minimizing waste and ensuring correct portion control.
• Clean workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment after each service.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a professional kitchen (previous hotel or restaurant experience preferred).
• Basic culinary knowledge and a strong desire to learn and develop skills.
• Understanding of basic food hygiene and safety practices (HACCP awareness preferred).
• Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to work flexible hours.
• Passion for the culinary profession and commitment to high standards.
