As one of the few LXR Hotels & Resorts in Europe, we are proud to introduce a new benchmark of luxury to Greece while creating exceptional destinations where unforgettable guest experiences begin with outstanding people.\nDiscover more: Sandblu Restaurant Gallery, Nectar Restaurant Gallery and Blu Restaurant Gallery or find us on social media at Sandblu, Nectar Restaurant and Blu Restaurant.\nResponsibilities\nEnsure smooth and elegant daily operations.\nTake orders attentively, answer questions, and record them accurately.\nDescribe daily specials, promotions, and menu highlights.\nOffer wine and drink recommendations, pour and serve beverages.\nRespond to guest requests and accommodate special dietary or other requirements.\nHandle guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and discretion.\nServe food and beverages on time, ensuring the set quality standards.\nUphold the visual presentation and professional standards of the dining area at all times.\nClear tables, reset for next guests, and maintain dining area cleanliness.\nAdhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.\nEnsure clear communication between service and kitchen teams for timely and accurate service.\nAssist the Restaurant Manager in daily reporting, inventory checks, and other duties.\nPerform additional duties as assigned by restaurant leadership.\nRequirements\nMinimum 2 years of experience as Head Waiter or senior service staff in fine dining or luxury hospitality.\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.
