As a new addition to our portfolio, this concept will offer a distinctive expression of luxury hospitality and gastronomy, shaped by its exceptional setting and the unique character of Santorini, while providing an opportunity to contribute to the creation of a truly exceptional destination.\nDiscover more:Sandblu Restaurant Gallery, Nectar Restaurant Gallery and Blu Restaurant Gallery or find us on social media at Sandblu, Nectar Restaurant and Blu Restaurant.\nResponsibilities\nWelcome and assist guests upon arrival and departure, providing a warm, professional, and personalized experience.\nAssist guests with luggage during arrival, departure, room changes, and transfers within the property.\nEscort guests to their rooms and provide assistance with luggage, directions, and general information about the property.\nHandle guest luggage carefully and ensure it is securely stored and delivered in a timely manner.\nAssist the Front Office and Guest Relations teams with guest requests and daily operational needs.\nProvide information about hotel facilities, services, restaurants, and local points of interest when required.\nAssist with transportation arrangements and coordinate with drivers or other departments when required.\nMaintain the entrance, lobby, luggage areas, and guest arrival areas to impeccable standards.\nAssist with the movement and delivery of guest items, amenities, packages, and other hotel materials as required.\nSupport the team with special guest requests, VIP arrivals, and personalized services.\nCommunicate guest preferences, requests, or concerns promptly to the relevant department.\nEnsure a smooth and professional flow of guests and luggage throughout the property.\nHandle guest feedback and service requests with professionalism, empathy, and discretion, escalating matters to the appropriate manager when necessary.\nEnsure compliance with company standards, health and safety procedures, and security policies at all times.\nMaintain a professional appearance and consistently represent the values and standards of the property.\nWork closely with Front Office, Guest Relations, Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments to ensure seamless guest service.\nContribute to a positive, collaborative, and professional team culture.\nPerform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Front Office Manager, Guest Relations Manager, or relevant department leadership\nRequirements\nPrevious experience in a porter, bell attendant, guest service, or similar hospitality position is considered an advantage.\nPrevious experience within a luxury hotel, resort, or high-end hospitality environment will be considered an asset.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm, polite, and guest-oriented approach.\nProfessional appearance and a positive, welcoming attitude.\nAbility to provide discreet, attentive, and personalized service to guests.\nGood organizational skills and attention to detail.\nAbility to work effectively as part of a professional and collaborative team.\nAbility to remain calm and professional during busy periods and adapt to changing guest needs.\nFluency in English is required; additional languages are considered an asset.\nPhysically fit and comfortable handling luggage and assisting guests across different areas of the property.\nComfortable working in a unique Caldera setting, involving frequent walking and navigating stairs between guest areas, rooms, and service areas.\nValid driving license is considered an advantage.\nStrong understanding of luxury hospitality and guest service standards.
