Sandfire Resources has recently entered an exciting partnership with Havilah Resources to advance the Kalkaroo Copper-Gold Project in South Australia.\nDue to growth, Sandfire has an opening for a Technology Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives across Sandfire.\nThe Technology Project Manager will be responsible for managing small, medium and large, complex IT projects, including the selection and implementation of Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) solutions, while ensuring outcomes are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to business objectives.\nThis position requires a versatile practitioner with demonstrated experience across Waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to manage both internal cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors.\nResponsibilities include buy are not limited to:\nManage the full project lifecycle from initiation through to delivery and closure.\nApply appropriate delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid) based on project context.\nEnsure projects are delivered to scope, schedule, cost, and quality expectations.\nLead procurement processes including RFI, RFP and RFT development, vendor engagement, evaluation and selection.\nManage COTS implementation, including system configuration, integration, data migration and UAT.\nDevelop detailed budgets, forecasts and cost models.\nMaintain RAID logs and proactively manage risks and issues.\nManage stakeholders across business and IT functions.\nManage third-party vendors and ensure delivery against contracts and SLAs.\nDrive change management, training and user adoption.\nAbout you\nBachelor’s degree in information technology, Business or related discipline and Project Management certification (PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent).\nProven experience delivering complex IT projects in enterprise environments.\nExperience implementing COTS solutions (ERP, SaaS or similar).\nExperience managing RFI, RFP and RFT processes.\nStrong vendor and supplier management experience.\nExperience managing technical and non-technical teams.\nExperience with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.\nAt Sandfire we value our people and offer a range of benefits and personal development opportunities including:\nAttractive, market-competitive remuneration package\nSalary continuance insurance scheme.\nCorporate health insurance discount. \nOngoing professional development opportunities \nTo apply, please click here and download your resume.\nSandfire is an equal opportunity employer.
