Program Manager, Digital Transformation

Position Summary

This role is part of the Digital Transformation Office (DTO) - Logistics team and is responsible for driving logistics process optimization and digital transformation initiatives across the organization.

The successful candidate will work closely with Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, IT, and business stakeholders to identify business requirements, recommend process improvements, and support the implementation of transformation projects. The role requires a combination of logistics domain knowledge, project management capability, stakeholder engagement skills, and a continuous improvement mindset.

This position acts as a bridge between business operations and digital solutions, helping to improve operational efficiency, process standardization, and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Management & Stakeholder Communication

• Participate in business requirement analysis, process assessment, and project scope definition.
• Develop executable project plans and coordinate stakeholders across functions and regions.
• Drive project communication, alignment, issue tracking, and risk management.
• Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables are completed according to agreed timelines.
• Provide regular status updates and support management reviews as needed.

2. Logistics & Supply Chain Transformation

• Support logistics and supply chain process optimization and digital transformation initiatives.
• Understand existing business processes, operational challenges, and system capabilities.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency enhancement.
• Collaborate with business process owners, Logistics Excellence teams, and technical teams to implement transformation initiatives.
• Promote best practices and continuous improvement across logistics operations.

3. Digital Solution Enablement

• Work with business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Collaborate with IT and technical teams to evaluate and implement appropriate digital solutions.
• Support testing, validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and business adoption activities.
• Utilize operational data and reporting insights to identify process improvement opportunities and support decision-making.

4. Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work effectively with global teams across Logistics, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, IT, and external partners.
• Support strategic initiatives and special projects assigned by management.
• Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across regions and functional organizations.

Education

• Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related disciplines.

Experience

• 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related functions.
• Strong experience in logistics and supply chain operations, with expertise in at least two of the following areas:
  • Logistics Fulfillment (Pick / Pack / Ship)
  • Transportation
  • Trade Compliance
  • Customs Declaration
  • Warehouse Operations
• Experience participating in process improvement, system implementation, or digital transformation projects.
• Experience working in multinational companies and global environments is preferred.

Functional Knowledge

• Solid understanding of logistics and supply chain business processes.
• Ability to analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Understanding of digital transformation concepts, process optimization, and operational excellence.
• Knowledge of logistics applications and enterprise systems is preferred.

Systems & Analytics

• Basic understanding of ERP systems and business process integration.
• SAP experience is preferred.
• Experience utilizing reporting tools and operational data to support business decisions is an advantage.
• No software development or advanced BI technical skills are required.

Project & Communication Skills

• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Language

• Professional verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the US, Malaysia, India, China, and other global locations.

Preferred Qualifications

• APICS certification (CPIM, CSCP) or equivalent supply chain certification is desirable.
• Experience supporting logistics transformation, process optimization, or operational excellence initiatives.
• Experience working in global logistics operations or factory logistics environments.
