Join us, the future is ours to shape!Provide strategic & operational leadership for Regulatory Affairs (RA) from a finance perspective\nAct as key business and sparring partner in interaction with Head RA as well as the LT team of RA\nResponsible for business planning, preparation of forecasts, analyses and process monitoring\nProviding appropriate financial operational as well as strategic support to business operations for effective achievement of business objectives to ensure a sound financial standing and growth of the company\n•Drive standardization and automatization in GDSO\nJob Description\nMajor accountabilities:\n Business partner for Regulatory Affairs (RA):Finance business partner for entire RA function (~700 FTEs, ~$80m cost center across multiple locations)\nProactively manage all reporting, monitoring and planning cycles for the RA function \nPart of GRA LT team, expected to drive results, ensure RA LT objectives are delivered within budget, guide LT on finance related topics and work closely with P&O· \nPart of the RA Staffing Committee\nDrive transformation in RA\n\n D&R monitoring:Monitoring local D&R budget with quarterly update and insight into MYF and TGT, review\nMarket bottom-up submission and discuss with Regions the potential challenges / changes to be implemented in submission\nEnsure disciplined and accurate reporting by markets based on correct P&L line (RA, Medical, Clinical, etc)\nD&R line consolidation, drive saving initiatives and course correction or mitigating actions when deviating from agreed targets\n\n Projects:Independently drive projects (strategic as well as operational projects)· \nImplement cost center tracking and forecasting in the GDSO network\nDevelop ROIC model, monitor impact and provide strategy initiatives to improve ROIC\nImprove and automate development project tracking tools to improve project delivery and forecasting accuracy\n\nJob dimensions:\nNo. of associates: 3\nFinancial responsibility: $80m budget and 700 FTE \nImpact on the organisation: Significant\nKey performance indicators:\nBudget compliance\nSavings delivery\nFinancial project delivery\nForecasting accuracy \nMinimum Requirements: \nWork Experience:\nMinimum of 12 years in FP&A with 2 years in development function preferred\nLeadership skills\nProven effective communication skills\nAbility to work on cross-functional global teams\nStrong analytical and execution skills\nExcel and PowerPoint skills are a must\nSkills:\nTeam management\nAbility To Influence Key Stakeholders.\nCritical Thinking.\nData Cleansing / Normalization.
