related activities\nSupport visibility of customer priorities within the organization and help ensure internal stakeholders understand account-specific requirements and business relevance\nReport technical complaints and transport deviations within defined timelines and according to established processes\nPrepare for and participate in S&OP meetings, providing relevant order, forecast, and customer information\nContribute to continuous improvement of Sales Operations processes and service delivery\nEnsure compliance with applicable operational, quality, and control requirements across all activities\nundefined\nWhat you will bring to the role:\nEssential Requirements:\n2-3 years of experience in sales operations, supply chain, order management, project coordination, or related functions, ideally in a pharmaceutical or GCC environment\nGood understanding of end-to-end sales and commercial processes, including order-to-cash workflows\nExperience working with customer orders, internal stakeholders, and operational systems\nAbility to work independently, manage priorities, and take ownership of assigned tasks\nStrong communication and coordination skills\nExperience
