Join us, the future is ours to shape!\nYour Key Responsibilities:\nYour responsibilities include, but not limited to:\nLead day-to-day operations of owned facilities, ensuring a seamless workplace experience for employees\nSteer all hard and soft services (maintenance, cleaning, security, catering, reception, waste management, landscaping, etc.), including sub-contracts\nCoordinate improvement activities and small projects\nDevelop and implement long-term maintenance and lifecycle strategies for building systems and assets\nMonitor operating budgets, forecast costs, and identify opportunities for efficiency and savings\nEnsure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, and manage risk mitigation activities\nImplement sustainability and energy management initiatives aligned with corporate ESG goals\nReports to Real Estate & Workplace Region Head\nWhat you’ll bring to the role:\nBachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Real Estate, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).\n7+ years of experience in facility or real estate management, preferably in corporate or owner-occupied environments.\nStrong understanding of workplace services, building systems, and asset lifecycle management.\nProven vendor and contract management skills.\nSolid financial acumen, with experience managing operating and capital budgets.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nFamiliarity with CAFM/IWMS platforms and workplace technology solutions.\nFluent in German and English\nYou’ll receive:\nSandoz has an employee-first approach and that’s why your personal growth is so important to us.
