Develop an effective sales team through training and coaching or management of key commercial programs.Job Description\nMajor accountabilities:\nAccountable for achieving own and team’s agreed sales, productivity , performance and development plans Targets.\nCreates and executes business plans to drive achievement, and is responsible with the cross functional teams and Product manager for his/her brands’ strategic and tactical planning in line with the company strategic priorities and standards.\nWorks with the KESs team to maintain existing customers and to develop new business opportunities.\nManages and optimizes effective allocation of resources to deliver required business results.\nManages the team to achieve each area sales and optimized expense budgets.\nServes as a communication bridge from Senior Management to Key experts Specialists.\nLeads a high-performing team of Key expert specialists; hires, trains and develops them as necessary; provides coaching and feedback to the team.\nManages through the team, the relationships with key accounts’ decision makers, key opinion leaders, patient associations; and other colleagues across business functions to achieve desired results.\nMasters product knowledge and disease area knowledge; and coach the team on the same.\nGathers through self and team, the key competitors’ market data, pricing intelligence, key accounts etc.\nEnsures Excellency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Services.\nComplete all reporting and administrative requirements in a timely and accurate manner.\nOperates within Sandoz compliance, policies and procedures; and creates a culture that ensures all reports, direct and indirect, do the same.\nReporting of technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Sandoz products within 24 hours of receipt.\nWhat you will bring to the role:\nBachelor's degree in pharmacy.\n7+ Years of Sales experience including 3+ years in managerial level in Healthcare / Pharma / related Industry.\nSpecialty Business experience.
