The role combines software engineering, platform expertise, and DevOps practices to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable services while ensuring platform stability, operational excellence, and adoption of ServiceNow best practices.Job Description\nYour Key Responsibilities\nYour responsibilities include, but are not limited to:\nDesign, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow applications and solutions.\nDeliver enhancements, defect fixes, and technical improvements within Agile delivery cycles.\nTroubleshoot and resolve complex application, platform, and integration issues.\nEnsure solutions align with ServiceNow standards, architecture, and best practices.\nDevelop and maintain customizations, workflows, automations, and integrations.\nConfigure and support platform components including ACLs, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Flow Designer, and APIs.\nSupport and enhance ServiceNow modules, including:ITSM\nSPM/EA\nITOM\nGRC/SecOps\nHRSD\n\nContribute to the implementation of new ServiceNow capabilities and modules.\nSupport platform releases, upgrades, patches, and environment management activities.\nMonitor and maintain platform performance, availability, and reliability.\nDrive continuous improvement, automation, and technical debt reduction initiatives.\nPartner with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, support teams, and vendors to deliver business value.\nSupport knowledge transfer and technical onboarding for new solutions and capabilities.\nContribute to solution design, engineering standards, and technical best practices.\nStay current with ServiceNow capabilities, emerging technologies, and industry trends.\nWhat you’ll bring to the role:\nBachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.\nServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS, or equivalent) are desirable.\n7-10 years of experience in software engineering, application development, or ServiceNow solution engineering.\nHands-on experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, administration, and support.\nExperience working in Agile, Scrum, and DevOps environments.\nExperience supporting enterprise-scale SaaS platforms and integrated technology ecosystems.\nServiceNow development and administration.\nJavaScript, HTML5, CSS, AJAX, REST/SOAP web services, and API integrations.\nClient-side and server-side scripting, including GlideRecord and ServiceNow APIs.\nFlow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and ACLs.\nSaaS integrations, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.\nUnderstanding of SDLC, CI/CD, DevOps, and modern software delivery practices.\nExperience with Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) applications.\nWhy Sandoz?\nSandoz is the global leader in Biosimilar and Generic medicines, a segment of the healthcare industry that delivers 80% of the world’s medicines at 30% of the cost, touching the lives of more than 1 billion people across 100+ countries!
