Description\nPosition Purpose:\nThe team provides analytics and insights that drive field excellence Sandoz Field Force worldwide.\nFacilitate insights enabled decision making and execution for Sandoz internal customers by providing techno-functional expertise in short-term and long-term sales operations and strategy.\nContribute to broader teams by involving in various initiatives like knowledge sharing, on- boarding and training support.\nEnable standardization of processed through building process documentation and timely maintenance of knowledge repositories.\nYour key responsibilities:\nYour Key responsibilities that limited to:\nManage and deliver below customer requirements as per agreed SLAs (timeliness, accuracy, quality, etc) and drive excellent customer serviceField Force Execution KPI design and tracking\nField Performance excellence (processing granular performance data to be used in variety of process within SFE and Incentives)\n\nDesigns and/or maintains various technology based solutions that optimizes field excellence activities based on country commercial excellence needs through varied variety of evolving infrastructure landscape including but not limited toData ETL platforms (SQL, Alteryx, Databricks, etc.)\nWorkflow management and automation tools (viz Sharepoint, MS PowerApps, RPA, etc)\nAnalytical platforms and methods (viz Excel, R, Python, Data Science, Machine learning)\nAI tools for next gen, complex and automated data processing (Genie, Co-pilot, etc.)\nReporting and visualization platforms (viz PowerBI, Qlik, etc.)\n\nDeliver services through structured project management approach with appropriate documentation and communication throughout the delivery of services\nOversee and mentor other team members on functional, technical, project management and stakeholder engagement\nCreates and maintains standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality checklists that will enable excellent quality outputs for all outputs within the function\nDevelops and maintains knowledge repositories that captures qualitative and quantitative reports of field excellence related trends across Sandoz operating markets, etc \nSupport team leaders in recruitment and on-boarding of new associates within the organization\nParticipate and contribute in various knowledge sharing sessions that enables growth and improves best practices, staffing changes and key events\nWhat you will bring to the role:\nEssential Requirements:\nExperience (5+ years) in analytics based organization or pharmaceutical company or Pharma services domain\nShould have an understanding of Pharmaceutical business including its regulatory environment\nStrong analytical thinking with problem solving approach\nProven track record of delivery analytics and insights for field excellence and/or data enable solutions\nShould have worked in an international company with exposure to working in cross-cultural environment\nShould be customer service oriented and consultative solution delivery\nStrong and proactive business results-focus, and proven ability to provide insights that increase productivity\nSkills Desired\nAgility, Analytical
