Join us, the future is ours to shape!\nYour responsibilities\nConduct audits in areas with established control frameworks, working closely with the team leader.\nSupport team leaders in the planning of audits.\nIdentify and evaluate risks and controls across Sandoz businesses and functional areas.\nSupport the team leader in delivering audit reports, including reviewing and agreeing identified issues with responsible management.\nBuild effective relationships with staff and management during audits to obtain information, discuss and agree solutions to control issues, and communicate findings.\nPerform special projects and other duties, and provide input on audit practices, tools, and administrative activities.\nKeep up to date with audit methodology and the use of technology.\nReport technical complaints, adverse events, and special case scenarios related to Sandoz products within 24 hours of receipt, and distribute marketing samples where applicable.\nWhat you’ll bring to the role\nExperience demonstrating functional breadth and industry/business exposure.\nCross-cultural experience, together with experience in project management and operations management and execution.\nAbility to build effective teams and support employee engagement and people development.\nKnowledge of compliance and controls, continuous process improvement, process optimization, and an end-to-end process view.\nStrong critical thinking and rapid problem-solving skills.\nIT-savvy, with skills in financial and management reporting.\nStrong interpersonal skills, including giving and receiving feedback.\nEnglish language proficiency.\nPerformance measures: Performance is evaluated by the Head IT Audit with input from other audit team members, feedback from auditees through post-audit questionnaires, evaluation of compliance with IA standards by IA Quality Assurance, and on-the-job assessments performed by the team leader and relevant manager.\nWhat you’ll receive:\nMonthly pension contribution matching your individual contribution up to 3% of your gross monthly base salary\nRisk Life Insurance\n5-week holiday per year (1 week above the Labor Law requirement)\nCafeteria employee benefit program - choice of benefits from Benefit Plus CZ in the amount of 12,000 CZK per year\nMeal vouchers in amount of 120 CZK for each working day (full tax covered by company)\nMultisport Card\nPremium Health Care Program\nWhy Sandoz? \nSandoz is the global leader in Biosimilar and Generic medicines, a segment of the healthcare industry that delivers 80% of the world’s medicines at 30% of the cost, touching the lives of more than 1 billion people across 100+ countries!
