This journey is powered by curious, collaborative, and motivated people who thrive in dynamic environments.\nWe are searching for a highly enthusiastic, organized and proactive Organizational Development professional willing to join our People & Organization team, aiming to enhance team effectiveness, strengthen organizational capabilities, and support the delivery of key Organizational Development initiatives.\nThe main responsibility of this role is to support the Organizational Development team in the execution of programs, assessments, communications, and continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to an engaging and high-performing organization.\nYour Responsibilities Will Include\nSupport the coordination and execution of Organizational Development and Team Effectiveness initiatives.\nAssist in the administration of assessments, including participant management, reporting, and follow-up activities.\nMaintain and monitor the assessments trackers, ensuring accurate tracking of allocation and utilization.\nDevelop and maintain content for SharePoint and other internal communication platforms.\nAssist in the design and execution of communication campaigns to promote Organizational Development programs and initiatives.\nCreate communication templates, presentations, toolkits, and stakeholder communication materials.\nSupport operational excellence initiatives through process documentation, tracking, and continuous improvement activities.\nCoordinate activities with external vendors and support vendor relationship management.\nSupport the Organizational Development team with project coordination, reporting, and ad-hoc activities.\nWhat You'll Bring To The Role\nStudying a degree or master's degree in Organizational Psychology, Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field, with the possibility of generating an internship agreement with your university.\nStrong interest in Organizational Development, Team Effectiveness, Employee Experience, and Internal Communications.\nFluent English C1 and Spanish are a must.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications\nFamiliarity with SharePoint or other content management platforms is desirable.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.\nHands-on, proactive, and continuous learning mindset.\nPassion for process improvement and operational excellence.\nWhat You'll Receive\nInternship Duration: Between 6 - 12 months, depending on the Internship Agreement with the university (the beginning and end of the internship must be before the final project/thesis - TFG/TFM is presented).\nCompetitive Retribution and Social Benefits.\nPlace of Work: Madrid.\nFlexible Schedule: from Monday to Friday from 8:00-9:30 to 17:30-19:00.\nWhy Sandoz?\nSandoz is the global leader in Biosimilar and Generic medicines, a segment of the healthcare industry that delivers 80% of the world's medicines at 30% of the cost, touching the lives of more than 1 billion people across 100+ countries!\nWhile we are proud of our achievements, we have an ambition to do more so that everyone can achieve the basic human right of good health.
