Join us, the future is ours to shape!\nKey Responsibilities\nEnsure delivery of P&O Services and execution of P&O strategic goals within the assigned client group and ownership of the assigned project activities\n\nCoordinate and support HR service processes, standards, and continuous improvement initiatives in cooperation with relevant practice networks and IT teams.\n\nManage service delivery to customers and users, assess process performance, and identify opportunities for improvement and added business value.\n\nAlign with P&O and other stakeholders on service scope, expectations, and end-to-end roles and responsibilities.\n\nSupport cost, efficiency, and productivity analyses, and provide HR data reporting, analysis, and recommendations.\n\nCoach and support the organization on P&O Services processes, global standards, ESS/MSS, and HR operational excellence.\n\nSupport internal controls activities and ensure compliance with reporting requirements, policies, and regulatory standards.\n\nWhile not holding direct people management responsibility, this role will partner closely with the manager to support team operations, service delivery, and overall operational effectiveness.\n\nRequired Experience, Skills & Qualifications\nProven experience in HR Service Delivery, Payroll, HR Operations, or a similar service-oriented HR environment in SSC.\n\nExperience working with HRIS and payroll systems such as Workday and SAP.\n\nExposure to multinational or matrix organizations is an advantage.\n\nStrong understanding of payroll, and HR processes, employee services, and labor law fundamentals.\n\nAbility to analyze data, prepare reports, and provide insights to support decision-making and process improvement.\n\nExperience with project management and data privacy principles.\n\nStrong stakeholder management and communication.\n\nProfessional proficiency in Czech or Slovak and English is a must.
