Pricing, Reimbursement and Access Strategy\nDesign and implement the national pricing, reimbursement, and access strategy.\nLead the preparation of reimbursement dossiers and negotiations with health authorities.\nDefine tendering strategies and competitive positioning in hospitals.\n2. Marketing-Access Integration (Key Role Element)\nTranslate the clinical and economic value proposition into marketing messages targeted at key decision-makers (payers, hospitals, clinicians).\nAlign brand plans and marketing campaigns with access objectives.\nCoordinate evidence generation (HEOR, value propositions, etc.).\n3. Stakeholders & Policy Shaping\nBuild and manage relationships with Ministry of Health, Reimbursement authorities, Hospitals and pharmacy & therapeutics committees\nInfluence policies, clinical guidelines, and biosimilar adoption frameworks.\n4. Market and Environmental Analysis\nAnalyze healthcare policies, competitive landscape, pricing and access trends\nIdentify business risks and opportunities.\n5. Cross-Functional Leadership\nCoordinate teams across Marketing, Medical, Regulatory, Sales\nLead strategic launch projects and lifecycle management initiatives.\n6. Launches and Lifecycle Management\nEnsure access readiness for new product launches.\nOptimize the positioning of commercially established products.\nWhat you need to bring to the role:\nUniversity education in a related field\nDeep knowledge of the Portuguese healthcare landscape and direct relationships with key stakeholders like authorities, regulator, hospitals.\nSound experience designing and implementing successful market access strategies.\nNative Portuguese and fluent English are required.\nEffective communication and collaboration skills\nWhat you'll receive:\nSandoz compensation is determined by job level, qualifications, niche skills, experience, and location within company salary ranges.
