Acting as a trusted analytics partner, the role ensures consistency, rigor, and strategic relevance of analytical outputs across key governance forums.Job Description\nPosition Purpose:\nThe Senior Analyst, Business Analytics role exists to provide independent analytical and strategic decision support to commercial and marketing stakeholders.\nThe position focuses on interpretation of complex data and generation of insights that influence business outcomes across brands and therapeutic areas.\nYour Key Responsibilities:\nYour Key Responsibilities that limited to:\nData analytics on small and large data sets to monitor performance, routine reporting against KPIs and ad-hoc analytic projects to answer key business questions\nPerformance measurement and monitoring, ROI analysis and optimization, competitors analytics, etc.\nFocus on critical business questions, define approach and methodology and summarize the findings in an effective and compelling manner using tools like PowerPoint\nUnderstand the business needs and explore new techniques and innovative data assets and drive standardization\nProcesses, automation, streamline and standardization of KPIs and reports across markets\nServe as an interface with the region, local markets and centralized hubs on Project Planning and delivery management through proven analytics-based projects\nDrive governance of centralized hub to ensure that all mandatory tasks are addressed, capacity is maximized, new demands are prioritized as needed and onboarding of new associates\nPrepare compelling reports and presentations that transform complex data into actionable business insights, offering strategic options for countries and above countries leadership team.\nWhat you will bring to the role:\nEssential Requirements:\n4+ years of experience in pharmaceutical commercial analytics and have good knowledge of pharmaceutical business in European markets\nSuperior analytical skills with proficiency in a broad range technique including data analysis and statistics\nGood understanding of Pharmaceutical Commercial datasets like IQVIA, Evaluate Pharma, IPD, Clarivate DRG etc.\nAdvanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint); VBA proficiency is a plus\nExperience of developing and managing dashboards using PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik Sense; working knowledge of Alteryx, Databricks is a plus\nAbility to lead multiple projects and priorities and respond to changing priorities;
