You’ll be the primary contact for all local infrastructure matters -from LAN and data center facilities to desktop support and vendor coordination. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless IT operations and driving local infrastructure projects that align with global standardsJob Description\nYour Key Responsibilities:\nYour responsibilities include, but not limited to:\nServe as the single point of contact for all site infrastructure issues and escalations\nLead local implementation of infrastructure projects using standardized frameworks\nMonitor and improve performance of IT services including LAN, desktop deployments, and printer management\nEnsure compliance with quality, security, and regulatory standards\nCoordinate vendor activities and manage on-site fixes\nDrive continuous service improvement and asset refresh initiatives\nReport KPIs and service metrics to the Regional/Country Infrastructure Manager\nFacilitate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and incident resolution\nCollaborate with business stakeholders to align infrastructure goals with operational need\nReport technical complaints or adverse events related to Sandoz products within 24 hours\nWhat you’ll bring to the role:\nEssential Requirements:\nDegree in Information Systems or equivalent experience\nMinimum 5 years in IT infrastructure, project, and vendor management\nStrong understanding of IT strategy, architecture, and operations\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills\nProven ability to manage customer relationships and work in virtual international teams\nFluent in German\nAs part of your application, please submit your current CV as well as proof of your highest educational qualification (e.g., diploma, master’s degree, doctorate). Fully proficient and highly effective employees can expect a starting salary around market median, with those new to the level or with less functional depth at the lower end of the range and those with sustained superior or niche skills towards the higher end of the range. Internal equity and external market data inform our range placement.
