Join us, the future is ours to shape!\nJob Summary\nThis role will support infrastructure operational and build capabilities for all business units in LATAM region and be the custodian of the IT Infrastructure on the ground.\nYour Key Responsibilities\nYour responsibilities include, but are not limited to:\nMajor accountabilities:\nEnsure that local teams and vendors deliver maintenance, troubleshooting and service delivery according to Sandoz standards\nAct as interface between local service requests and the global horizontal delivery teams\nCommunicate and establish upcoming IT Infrastructure changes to the local communities.\nProvide consolidated feedback about IT Infrastructure services to the horizontal delivery teams\nSupport and ensure compliance to defined IT Governance controls, standards, and practices.\nAccountable for managing suppliers as applicable in ensuring they deliver quality services and meet all contractual obligations. Tracks actual utilization of services and reporting of supplier performance in meeting business service expectations and service levels.\nMinimum Requirements\nWhat you’ll bring to the role:\nIT Infrastructure Management\nKnowledge around Data Center, Network and Hosting\nIT Service Management Practices (ITIL Foundation Certification)\nCompliance, Risk Management (GxP: sound knowledge of validation practice and IT control standards\nSystems Integration & Build (Dev-Ops mindset and full solution lifecycle understanding from idea to retirement)\nHands on experience in managing local business requirements and solving issues on site\nCustomer and service first attitude\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.\nWhy Sandoz?\nGeneric and Biosimilar medicines are the backbone of the global medicines industry.
