The candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end implementations, business process design, and solution delivery in MIC or other Trade Compliance solutions.Job Description\nMajor accountabilities:\nImplementation & Solution Design· Lead and participate in end-to-end MIC implementations, including requirement gathering, design, build, testing, and deployment.\nTranslate business requirements into functional specifications and technical design\nLead workshops and interviews with end users, Supply Chain process leadership to capture functional and non-functional requirements for site deployments.\nTranslate business needs into traceable, testable requirements; manage requirements versioning and change control.\nCollaborate with external IT service providers, solution architects, developers, integrators, and validation engineers to ensure requirements are implementable and design decisions are documented.\nFacilitate design review sessions and walk-throughs with business stakeholders to validate proposed solutions.\nEnsure technical integration with SAP, other non-SAP systems.\nSupport development of functional specifications, use cases, process maps, data mappings, and configuration matrices as needed.\nCoordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT): develop UAT scripts from URS, triage issues, and track resolutions.\nProvide guidance and support to end-users including training materials or hands-on sessions when needed.\nManage stakeholder expectations, communicate project status, risks, and impacts, and escalate issues as needed.\nMaintain traceability matrices and ensure requirements link through design, test, and deployment artifacts.\nContribute to deployment planning, cutover activities, and post-go-live support/lessons learned.\nResponsible for performing all assigned activities in compliance with GxP regulations, company SOPs, and data integrity requirements.\nKey performance indicators:\nMake sure MIC implemented within planned Time, Budget and Scope ad with expected Quality.\nMinimum Requirements: \nWork Experience:\nConfiguration & Integration · Configure MIC solutions · \nWork with MIC integrations with S4 and SAP ECC\nTechnical Skills · \nStrong expertise in: MIC \nSAP Integrations \nProject management \nBusiness partnering\n\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Biomedical Engineer, Business Administration, or related field;
