Supply Planning and Replenishment\nManage product replenishment processes using SAP.\n\nMonitor product availability and on-time delivery performance.\n\nCollaborate with internal and external suppliers to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery execution.\n\nCoordinate and verify product materials (artworks) related to product launches and lifecycle changes.\n\nIdentify and resolve issues impacting supply continuity and product availability.\n\n2. Inventory Management and Forecasting\nMonitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock management.\n\nPrepare and maintain demand forecasts.\n\nAnalyze key performance indicators related to product availability and inventory levels.\n\nIdentify risks associated with excess or insufficient inventory and recommend corrective actions.\n\nSupport initiatives aimed at improving working capital efficiency.\n\n3. Project Support and Process Improvement\nParticipate in projects focused on Supply Chain process development and optimization.\n\nSupport system implementations and upgrades, including SAP-related projects.\n\nCollaborate with local and global teams to deliver business initiatives.\n\nIdentify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices.\n\nOur requirements:\nBachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.\n\nMinimum 2 years of experience in supply planning, demand planning, inventory management, or Supply Chain.\n\nStrong knowledge of SAP (supply chain modules).\n\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.\n\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and work with data.\n\nVery good command of English, both written and spoken.\n\nAbility to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.\n\nCompensation Structure & Criteria:\nSandoz compensation is determined by job level, qualifications, niche skills, experience, and location within company salary ranges. Fully proficient and highly effective employees can expect a starting salary around market median, with those new to the level or with less functional depth at the lower end of the range and those with sustained superior or niche skills towards the higher end of the range. Internal equity and external market data inform our range placement.
