The position collaborates closely with enterprise architecture, software development, cyber security, and IT operations teams to deliver resilient infrastructure solutions aligned with business and technology objectives.\nAll duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Las Vegas Sands Corp.’s policies, practices, and procedures. Team Members are required to observe the company’s standards, work requirements and rules of conduct.\n\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities\nDesign, deploy, and maintain enterprise infrastructure.\nManage and support physical network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, routing, switching, and connectivity services.\nConfigure and maintain network technologies such as DNS, DHCP, VPNs, Web Proxies, and firewalls.\nBuild and support on-premises infrastructure at multiple locations, including but not limited to Physical servers, Vmware, Windows, Linux, and Containerization platforms.\nSupport hybrid cloud environments bridging on-premises infrastructure with Azure platforms.\nDevelop and maintain infrastructure standards to support application deployment, scalability, and resiliency.\nCollaborate with DevOps and application teams to ensure infrastructure readiness for CI/CD pipelines and software releases.\nTroubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues impacting application performance or availability.\nImplement and enforce security controls, network segmentation, and identity/access integration aligned with Cyber Security standards.\nImplement and support containerized and distributed application environments (e.g., Kubernetes/AKS, virtualized workloads).\nAbility to deploy, monitor, and support Azure-based applications across development, test, and production environments.\nCollaborate with software engineers to optimize application build, release, and deployment processes.\nMonitor system performance, availability, and reliability of deployed applications and infrastructure.\nTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to deployment failures, performance bottlenecks, and system outages.\nManage source control and branching strategies using Git-based repositories.\nDevelop and maintain automation scripts for operational efficiency and repeatability.\nEnsure proper logging, monitoring, and alerting using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and related tools.\nDocument deployment processes and operational runbooks to support internally developed software transition to operations.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives to enhance release velocity, system resilience, and operational efficiency.\nPerform job duties in a safe manner.\nAttend work as scheduled on a consistent and regular basis.\nPerform other related duties as assigned. \nMinimum Qualifications\nAt least 21 years of age.\nProof of authorization to work in the United States.\nBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).\nCisco network certifications desirable, but not required.\nMust be able to obtain and maintain any certification or license, as required by law or policy.\n5-8 years of experience building and supporting Windows/Linux server infrastructure.\nStrong experience with enterprise networking -
