Team Members are required to observe the Company’s standards, work requirements and rules of conduct.\n Essential Duties & Responsibilities\nLead the design, development, and implementation of high-quality, maintainable, and scalable full-stack features using Node.js, React, JavaScript/TypeScript.\n\nTranslate designs and wireframes into clean, efficient, and reusable React components using JavaScript/Typescript, HTML & CSS.\n\nDesign and develop RESTful APIs using Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript.\n\nProvide technical guidance and architectural direction to the team, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.\n\nWork closely with cross-functional teams (design, product, QA) to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure timely delivery of software.\n\nFoster a collaborative environment where team members can share ideas and work together effectively.\n\nWrite clean, efficient, well-documented, and testable code; actively participate in and facilitate code reviews to maintain high coding standards.\n\nImplement and advocate for best practices in testing, code quality, and documentation.\n\nMentor and support junior and mid-level engineers, providing guidance and helping them navigate technical challenges.\n\nConduct regular one-on-one meetings to foster individual growth and performance improvement within the team.\n\nTake ownership of technical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet quality standards.\n\nDefine project timelines and milestones, and effectively communicate progress to stakeholders.\n\nPerform job duties in a safe manner.\n\nAttend work as scheduled on a consistent and regular basis.\n\nPerform other related duties as assigned.\n\nMinimum Qualifications\nAt least 21 years of age.\n\nProof of authorization to work in the United States.\n\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.\n\nMust be able to obtain and maintain any certification or license, as required by law or policy.\n\n7+ years of relevant work experience.\n\n2+ years of experience with MongoDB/Redis and messaging systems like Kafka or MQ.\n\nStrong knowledge of modern JavaScript feature, development methodologies, and best practices.\n\nProficiency in React, AngularJS, Vue.js, Node.js, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and Bash.\n\nExperience working closely with UI/UX designers to ensure collaborative refinement and implementation of designs to meet specifications, including cross-browser compatibility.\n\nDemonstrated experience with Microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and JSON.\n\nIn-depth knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, including database design and data modeling with SQL and MongoDB/Redis.\n\nStrong analytical skills for researching technical issues and providing clear, actionable resolutions.\n\nExperienced in Agile and Scrum development processes, with a strong understanding of iterative development.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.\n\nWorking knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices.\n\nExperience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.\n\nWorking knowledge of unit testing and end-to-end testing frameworks.\n\nStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and interact appropriately with management, other Team Members and outside contacts of different backgrounds and levels of experience.\n\nPhysical Requirements\nMust be able to:\nPhysically access assigned workspace areas with or without reasonable accommodation.\n\nWork indoors and be exposed to various environmental factors such as, but not limited to, CRT, noise, and dust.\n\nUtilize laptop and standard keyboard to perform essential functions of the
