They are responsible for bridging the gap between IT and the Business using analytics to assess processes, determine requirements and deliver recommendations to executives and stakeholders.\nA strong understanding of the technology landscape and industry acumen is necessary to effectively analyze and document business requirements, workflows and use best practices in collaboration with enterprise architects, application developers, consultants, and vendors. This position will require concurrent work on disparate projects, ranging from system implementations to organizational efficiency initiatives to business development opportunities.\nThe Sr Business Analyst must be able to develop comprehensive requirement documents and process flows, define project scope and objectives, coordinate testing with business stakeholders and Quality Assurance team, conduct and document user acceptance testing, and identify and mitigate risks / issues to deliver the project scope.\nThe ability to professionally engage and effectively communicate with all levels of the organization, including C-level executives, is a fundamental requirement for this position.\nAll duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Las Vegas Sands’ policies, practices and procedures. Team Members are required to observe the Company’s standards, work requirements and rules of conduct.\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities\nDevelop business/financial models and metrics to address business critical issues and prioritization\n\nDocument and analyze business systems and user defined needs.\n\nLead and drive strategic goal setting discussions to understand high level expectations.\n\nPartner with business and IT stakeholders to set clear requirements to reach goals and milestones.\n\nDefine project scope to include objectives, budget, added value and benefits.\n\nFacilitate cost and effort estimation sessions with developers and third-party solution providers.\n\nManage and supervise requirements and changes throughout project lifecycle.\n\nEngage appropriate participants through detailed testing validation and execution.\n\nEnsure delivery of high quality solutions to the business.\n\nAudit, analyze, and summarize overall performance and provide results during follow-ups and leadership debrief.\n\nPerform job duties in a safe manner.\n\nAttend work as scheduled on a consistent and regular basis.\n\nPerforms other related duties as assigned.\n\nMinimum Qualifications\nAt least 21 years of age.\n\nProof of authorization to work in the United States\n\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.\n\nMust be able to obtain and maintain any certification or license, as required by law or policy.\n\n5 years of experience as a Business Analyst\n\nDemonstrated experience in process mapping, business requirements analysis and documentation, data mapping and test planning.\n\nKnowledge and understanding of Agile methodology, BPMN, UML, user interface design.\n\nWorking knowledge of enterprise modelling suites such as MagicDraw, Sparx Enterprise Architect.\n\nAbility to work independently and to effectively manage and execute multiple initiatives concurrently.\n\nStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and other Team Members of different backgrounds and levels of experience.\n\nMust be able to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.\n\nPhysical Requirements \nMust be able to:\nPhysically access assigned workspace areas with or without reasonable accommodation.\n\nWork remotely as necessary\n\nWork indoors and be exposed to various environmental factors such as, but not limited to, CRT, noise, and dust.\n\nUtilize laptop and standard keyboard to perform essential functions of the
