Core responsibilities include managing multi region design schedules, developing and maintaining a master consolidated schedule for all global markets, and tracking, monitoring, and reporting on design progress, contractual deliverables, and overall project status. The role requires producing weekly updates and preparing high quality executive level presentations for senior leadership.\nIn addition, this position leads global project administration efforts, coordinates cross regional communication, and supports senior leadership with strategic planning and operational needs. The incumbent will apply advanced organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills to ensure the successful execution of global development and capital initiatives. The role further contributes to the creation and maintenance of department standards, training materials, and design documentation.\nAll duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Las Vegas Sands Corp.’s policies, practices, and procedures. Team Members are required to observe the company’s standards, work requirements and rules of conduct.\n Essential Duties & Responsibilities\nManage the Global Master Schedule, deadlines, executive presentation timelines, and associated travel planning.\n\nPrepare Monthly Executive Presentations and Monthly Interior Design Status Reports in InDesign.\n\nCreate and maintain expense reports for senior leadership.\n\nCoordinate travel logistics, meeting agendas, and conference calls.\n\nManage and update the Weekly Interior Design Presentation Folder.\n\nAssist in developing Department Design Guidelines and Training Manuals.\n\nMaintain and update internal Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documents.\n\nProvide advanced technical support using MS Projects, Primavera, Adobe InDesign, Bluebeam, Excel, Word, and AutoCAD.\n\nPrepare competition submissions and corporate design presentation packages.\n\nManage photography scheduling and documentation for all new projects.\n\nMust have prior experience managing an Interior Design team.\n\nPerform other job-related duties as assigned.\n\nPerform job duties in a safe manner.\n\nAttend work as scheduled on a consistent and regular basis.\n\nPerform other related duties as assigned.\n\nMinimum Qualifications\nAt least 21 years of age.\n\nAuthorization to work in the United States.\n\nMinimum five years’ experience in interior design project coordination or project management.\n\nThis position requires a minimum of 10+ years of experience managing multi-million-dollar new-build and capital expenditure (CapEx) interior design projects across multiple regions in the United States and Asia, demonstrating strong capability in navigating complex timelines, diverse cultural and regulatory environments, and multi-disciplinary design teams.\n\nExperience managing an Interior Design team.\n\nAdvanced computer skills including MS Projects, Primavera, Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.\n\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills.\n\nStrong organizational ability and capacity to manage multiple deadlines.\n\nStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and interact appropriately with management, other Team Members and outside contacts of different backgrounds and levels of experience.\n\nPhysical Requirements \nMust be
