It is an opportunity to shape the culture and performance of an entire facility while leading teams committed to delivering meaningful, high-quality care.\nWhat You’ll Do\nProvide strategic and operational oversight across all departments including Clinical, Nursing, Behavioral Health Technicians, and Facilities. \n\nLead and develop a high-performing interdisciplinary team.\n\nDrive facility performance across client outcomes, employee engagement, safety, compliance, and culture.\n\nPartner with clinical and operational leaders to ensure high-quality, safe, and effective client care.\n\nMaintain a strong culture of regulatory and accreditation readiness, ensuring compliance is embedded in day-to-day operations.\n\nMonitor key operational and financial metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate organizational goals into actionable facility-level priorities.\n\nIdentify operational challenges and lead sustainable solutions that improve both the client and employee experience.\n\nServe as a visible, engaged leader within the facility and broader organization.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nThe ideal candidate is a strategic and hands-on leader who can see the entire operation, connect the dots across departments, and turn organizational goals into measurable results. You are comfortable making decisions that make an impact, holding leaders accountable, and balancing business performance with quality, safety, and client care. \nQualifications \nEducation \nMaster's degree in Behavioral Health, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or a relatedfield required. \nIndependent clinical licensure beneficial(LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LAC, Psychologist, RN, or equivalent). \nExperience & Training \n7+ years of progressive leadership experience in behavioral healthcare, residential treatment, healthcare operations, or a related setting. \n5+ years of experience leading managers and multidisciplinary teams. \nExperience overseeing residential treatment, withdrawal management, inpatient, or behavioral health programs stronglypreferred. \nDemonstrated experience managing budgets, financial performance, and operational metrics. \nExperience leading accreditation, licensing, and regulatory compliance efforts. \nStrong understanding of trauma-informed and evidence-based treatment models. \nProven ability to lead change, improve organizational performance, and build high-performing teams. \nOther Requirements:\nCandidates applying for this position should be aware that an offer for employment in this position is contingent upon passing a comprehensive background check, encompassing criminal records and motor vehicle reports.\nWhat We Offer\nWe believe our leaders should be supported both professionally and personally.
