Maintains and improves machines and equipment to increase or maintain a high level of reliability, availability, cost efficiency and performance. Key Performance Areas / Responsibilities Perform mechanical maintenance operations on mining and earthmoving equipment. Execute preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance activities. Support maintenance planning and preparation processes. Monitor maintenance outcomes and complete required documentation, including outcomes, root causes, downtime, and improvement actions. Work in accordance with standard operating procedures and maintenance standards. Achieve maintenance performance and reliability targets. Maintain quality standards and equipment cleanliness.
