Your main focus is business development, while you also ensure stable governance and continuous improvement within IT Asset & Configuration Management.\nJob responsibilities\nDrive and support business development and transformation initiatives from definition and planning through execution and follow-up.\nHelp execute strategy, improve ways of working, and create transparency across priorities and initiatives.\nFacilitate workshops, innovation days, and other cross-functional improvement activities.\nCreate clear communication and follow-up around progress, decisions, and dependencies.\nCollaborate with stakeholders across IT and the business to move initiatives forward.\nOwn and continuously improve IT Asset & Configuration Management, including governance, CMDB, data quality, and lifecycle management.\nLocation\nThis position is based on-site in Sandviken or Stockholm.\nYour profile\nWith a practical mindset and a strong understanding of how people, processes, and business priorities connect, you turn complex challenges into clear and actionable plans. You’re comfortable coordinating several initiatives and driving progress through collaboration rather than formal authority.\nYour background includes\nA university degree or equivalent experience, preferably within IT, business, engineering, industrial management, or another relevant field.\nExperience in business development, transformation, project or initiative management, process improvement, IT, or a comparable area.\nProven ability to create structure, prioritize effectively and move multiple initiatives forward.\nExperience working cross-functionally with stakeholders across different parts of an organization.\nStrong written and spoken English.\nExperience with IT Asset Management, Configuration Management, CMDB, ServiceNow, or CSDM is beneficial. Knowledge of portfolio management, strategy execution, product-led transformation, facilitation or innovation initiatives is also an advantage, as is an interest in AI, automation, and modern digital ways of working.\nYou’re proactive and solution-oriented, creating clarity when priorities change or situations are ambiguous. Strong communication and relationship-building skills help you influence, coordinate, and bring people together, while your collaborative approach supports continuous improvement and enables others to succeed.\nThe team\nYou join the Business Support team within the CIO Office.
