This role serves as a key architect of the company's market position, identifying emerging opportunities, shaping go-to-market strategies, and building relationships with OEMs, Tier suppliers, and industry partners across the aerospace engine value chain.\nWorking cross-functionally with sales, engineering, product management, marketing, operations, and executive leadership, the Business Development Manager aligns market opportunities with organizational capabilities to accelerate growth, strengthen competitive differentiation, and support strategic business objectives. The role is accountable for translating industry trends, customer requirements, technology advancements, and competitive intelligence into actionable growth initiatives, product roadmaps, and commercial strategies.\nDuties/Responsibilities:\nDevelop and execute growth strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets\nIdentify target accounts and develop account penetration strategies to increase wallet share and strategic positioning\nAssist sales teams with opportunity qualification, application assessments, and strategic account development\nConduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities\nCollaborate with sales, marketing, and engineering teams to develop customer focused solutions\nServe as the technical authority for assigned products, materials, and target applications\nDefine product strategy, positioning, and roadmap aligned with company and market objectives\nTrack and report key performance indicators including revenue growth, new customer acquisition, quoting activity, pipeline development, product adoption, and profitability improvements.\nSupport the development and launch of new products, including end mills, drills, reamers, burrs, routers, ceramics and specialty round tools\nDeliver technical training and knowledge transfer to customers and internal teams\nParticipate in industry trade shows, technical conferences, customer events, and professional organizations to increase market visibility and generate new opportunities\nEducation and Experience:\nBachelor's degree in a relevant field such as mechanical or manufacturing engineering\nProven experience (5 years) in manufacturing \nAdvanced application knowledge and experience in metal cutting \nDesired CAD/CAM- AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Siemens NX and/or Mastercam\nAnalytical and problem-solving skills of basic manufacturing processes\nStrong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders\nPhysical Requirements:\nLight work that includes moving objects up to 20 pounds at a time\nProlonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer\nAbility to drive or fly to all facilities\nOther Information\nTravel is required (desired 50%),
