Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you will transform data into meaningful insights, develop scalable reporting solutions and help drive a data-informed culture.\nYou will have the opportunity to work with modern analytics technologies, including Power BI and Databricks, while partnering with leaders and operational teams to deliver insights that improve business outcomes and create value for our customers.\nResponsibilities include but not limited to:\nDevelop and deliver reporting, dashboards and analytics solutions that support business performance.\nCollaborate with stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into practical data-driven solutions.\nBuild, maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards, semantic models and reporting tools.\nAnalyse complex data sets to identify trends, risks and opportunities.\nProvide timely and accurate analysis to support operational and strategic decision-making.\nDrive stakeholder engagement and support the successful adoption of reporting solutions.\nMonitor, maintain and continuously improve existing reporting and analytics products.\nSupport data governance, reporting standards and KPI frameworks across the business.\nDocument data models, business definitions and reporting processes to ensure consistency and continuity.\nWork with data owners and technical teams to source, validate and prepare data for analysis and reporting.\nContribute to the ongoing development of the Parts & Services data and analytics environment.\nChampion safe work practices and maintain compliance with health, safety and environmental requirements.\nAbout you\nYou are a curious and solutions-focused analyst who enjoys turning data into meaningful business insights. You thrive on solving problems, engaging with stakeholders and delivering practical solutions that drive performance and support better decision-making.\nYou are comfortable working with large data sets, can communicate complex information in a clear and practical way, and enjoy collaborating across multiple business functions. Your ability to understand business needs and translate them into impactful reporting solutions will be key to your success.\nYou bring:\nExperience in business intelligence, data analytics, reporting or a related discipline.\nAdvanced Power BI skills, including data modelling, semantic models and dashboard development.\nExperience translating business requirements into reporting, dashboards and analytical solutions.\nExperience working with Databricks or modern data platforms.\nStrong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.\nThe ability to identify improvement opportunities and recommend practical, data-driven solutions.\nUnderstanding of data governance, data quality and reporting standards.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capability.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nExperience with automation, AI-enabled capabilities or emerging analytics technologies will be highly regarded.\nRelevant qualifications in Business, Data Analytics, Information Technology or a related discipline will be advantageous.\nTo be eligible for this role, you must have the right to live and work in Australia.
