So now we challenge you to take it one step further and apply!\nWhat you will be doing\nMonitor and process incoming customer orders\n\nSupport customer inquiries via phone or e-mail includes quotes, orders, unit downs, return requests, shipping a/o pricing concerns and technical issues\n\nProcess weekly back-order reports: review, expedite as required and send to customer\n\nKnowledge of your customer needs and communicate to other departments\n\nMaintaining working knowledge of products and their functions for your customers\n\nEnsuring all activities are carried out in accordance with Sandvik’s core values and current policies and procedures\n\nArranging for the shipment/transport of equipment/materials\n\nReceipt of incoming goods and associated logistic support where required\n\nOther duties as assigned\n\nEnvironmental Health and Safety\nWe are ethical and compliant, dedicated to health, safety, and sustainability.
