Works with either close supervision or under clearly defined procedures.\nDuties/Responsibilities:\nResponsible for processing and expediting customer orders and quotes via phone, fax, or email.\n\nProvides assistance with technical support.\n\nSupports Quality Control with customer returns and complaints.\n\nPerform routine customer service tasks.\n\nScans customer orders and ship prints using.\n\nInforms customers of unit prices, shipping date, anticipated delays and any additional information needed by the customer.\n\nChecks inventory control file for available stock to fill or manufacture orders.\n\nSolicits sale of new or additional merchandise.\n\nComputes price, discount and delivery date.\n\nRecords special types of shipping, packing or labeling required by customer order.\n\nComputes price, discount, and delivery date.\n\nOther duties as assigned.\n\nEducation and Experience:\nHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.\n\n1-3 years experience or related training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.\n\nRequired Skills/Abilities:\nA pleasant, enthusiastic, well-spoken individual with a flawless dedication to providing excellent customer service.\n\nApplies basic skills to perform simple activities.\n\nUnderstands how the assigned duties relate to others in the team and how the team integrates with others.\n\nUses standard operating procedures to guide own work and solve standard problems.\n\nUses communication skills to exchange information.\n\nUse assigned methods, tools and processes.
