The position is permanent and based in Tampere, Finland or in Lyon, France.\nYour mission\nAs Development Manager, you will lead and drive initiatives that improve the effectiveness of our product development and product line processes, and cross-functional ways of working.\nYou will work closely with stakeholders across several functions to identify development needs, lead improvement initiatives, and ensure sustainable implementation of agreed development actions. This role combines strategic development work with hands-on execution.
