The Division drives the aftermarket business keeping customers’ fleet on track with services, solutions and parts.\nBased at our facility in Tampere (Myllypuro), Finland, you will work with modern documentation tools and contribute directly to the quality and usability of our technical product information.\nIn this role, you will collaborate with Engineering, Product Safety, Product Line, and other stakeholders to create clear and accurate technical documentation that supports our customers, service teams, and global sales areas.\nYour main responsibilities\nCreate and update service & repair manuals, kit manuals, and other technical documentation.\nWork independently to interpret technical material from engineering and product safety disciplines.\nDevelop high-quality content that complies with our documentation standards and quality principles.\nParticipate actively in the ongoing development of documentation practices, tools, and processes.\nCollaborate cross-functionally to gather information, validate technical content, and ensure accuracy.\nYour profile\nTo be successful in this position, you likely have:\nExperience in technical writing, documentation engineering, or a similar role.\nFamiliarity with modern documentation tools and structured authoring environments.\nThe ability to understand and interpret technical content (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or related areas).\nStrong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.\nA proactive mindset and interest in developing documentation processes and standards.\nGood written and spoken English skills; Finnish is considered an advantage.\nundefined\nWe place great value on your personal qualities, characterized by your ability to work pro-actively in a team.
