As an Electrical Assembler / Wiring Technician in Alachua, you’ll wire, troubleshoot, and power up equipment that drives global industries. If you're hands-on and love solving electrical challenges, this may be your next move.\nWhat You’ll Do\nInspect tools before use and maintain electrical equipment and tools.\n\nRun harnesses in and out of assemblies per drawings or work instructions.\n\nConnect and wire components based on BOM and manufacturing systems (including AC systems).\n\nExecute electrical connections for proper fit, fastening parts and assemblies per customer specifications (including 24V).\n\nUse voltmeters and other tools to troubleshoot and verify system functionality.\n\nFollow detailed schedules to complete electrical tasks and install special machine options.\n\nReport electrical issues in the manufacturing system and escalate as needed.\n\nMaintain a clean, safe work environment in line with company policies.\n\nWhat You Bring\nAble to work in the U.S. on an indefinite basis without sponsorship\n\nMinimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.\n\nHigh School Diploma or GED.\n\nElectrical troubleshooting experience preferred.\n\nExperience with AC system installation and servicing preferred.\n\nFamiliarity with 24V systems is a plus.\n\nPhysical & Safety Requirements\nAbility to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, and climb throughout the workday.\n\nFrequently lift and move items over 50 lbs.\n\nWear required PPE and complete fit-for-work assessments (audiogram, lift test, physical exam).\n\nComfortable working in a loud, fast-paced manufacturing environment.\n\nWhy Join Us?\nStarting Pay Range: $20 - 25/hour based on experience + bonus opportunity.\n\nComprehensive benefits: health, dental, disability, and 401(k)\n\nParental leave of up to 14 weeks off\n\nOpportunities for training, development, and career growth\n\nA collaborative and supportive work culture that values safety, quality, and continuous improvement\n\nWhat to Expect\nAll applicants will be invited to complete a brief online assessment through Alva Labs as part of our hiring process.
