So now we challenge you to take it one step further and apply!\nWhat you will be doing\nDirect and organize daily field service operations, including equipment commissioning, service calls, and warranty cases.\nCoordinate customer training and technical support.\nExecute contracts in accordance with scope, deliverables, and commercial terms.\nEnsure accurate maintenance logs, work orders, labour entries, parts usage, and service notes in the CMMS.\nSupport timely invoicing by validating documentation, approvals, and charge capture.\nBuild, mentor, and retain a high-performing technical team.\nDevelop competency in bulletin management, warranty handling, and technical troubleshooting.\nFoster accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.\nMaintain communication with customers and internal stakeholders to align priorities and resolve issues.\nReview maintenance KPIs and develop action plans to improve equipment efficiency and availability.\nReport KPIs, objectives, risks, mitigations, and achievements to senior management.\nIdentify process optimization opportunities and lead productivity initiatives.\nPlanning tools, test equipment, spare parts, logistics, permits, and access for service work.\nMaintain systems-level knowledge of hydraulics, mechanics, electricity, automation, pneumatics, and materials.\nTravel as required to oversee customer operations across Saskatchewan; approximately 50% travel is expected.\nOther duties as assigned\nEnvironmental Health and Safety\nWe are ethical and compliant, dedicated to health, safety, and sustainability.
