Fire Suppression Technician Sandvik Mining | Location: Perth (FIFO) Full-time | Permanent About the Opportunity Sandvik is seeking a motivated and safety-focused Fire Suppression Technician to join our growing team in Western Australia. This hands-on role is responsible for the installation, maintenance, servicing and troubleshooting of fire suppression systems across mobile and fixed plant equipment within the mining industry. Working both in the workshop and on customer sites, you'll play a critical role in helping our customers maintain safe, compliant and productive operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with mechanical aptitude and field service experience who is looking to develop their technical skills while working with industry-leading equipment and technology. This position operates on 8 days on, 6 days off (8/6) roster and will involve travel to customer sites across Western Australia. Responsibilities Install, service, maintain and repair fire suppression systems on mining equipment and machinery. Conduct fault-finding and diagnostic work using hydraulic and electrical schematics.
