We work globally to improve safety, productivity and efficiency for our customers.\nWhat you will be doing:\nLead global IT and ERP projects from initiation through execution and implementation.\nDefine project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables and success criteria.\nDevelop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets and resource requirements.\nEnsure projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.\nSecure and coordinate internal and external resources, including project teams, technology partners, vendors and suppliers.\nIdentify, assess and mitigate project risks and issues, develop contingency and corrective action plans when needed.\nLead communication and collaboration with business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors and leadership.\nProvide clear project updates and facilitate timely decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.\nManage changes to project scope, schedule, resources and budget, ensuring proper governance and stakeholder alignment.\nMonitor project performance against agreed milestones, KPIs, schedules and budgets.\nCoordinate change-management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communication, training and user adoption.\nIdentify opportunities to improve project delivery, processes, systems and services.\nSupport collaboration, accountability and knowledge sharing across multicultural and cross-functional project teams.\nWhat we are looking for:\nA bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.\nAt least five years of experience in a similar IT or ERP Project Manager role.\nExperience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Microsoft Navision, Dynamics AX/365 or other global ERP platforms.\nExperience with ERP implementations, upgrades, operations or maintenance.\nGood understanding of end-to-end business processes, ideally within a manufacturing environment.\nStrong knowledge of project-management methodologies and software-development lifecycles, including Agile, Scrum and Waterfall.\nExperience using project-management and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira and Microsoft Teams.\nStrong skills in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost control and resource management.\nKnowledge of risk management, quality assurance and project governance.\nStrong stakeholder-management, negotiation and communication abilities across different organizational levels.\nThe ability to translate complex technical and business requirements into clear project objectives and deliverables.\nA structured, analytical and solution-oriented approach, combined with the ability to manage competing priorities.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English.\nThe ability to work effectively in global, multicultural and cross-functional environments.\nITIL Foundation certification is considered an
