Apply today!\nWhat you will be doing\nLead inventory control processes, cycle counts, and physical inventories.\nMonitor and analyze inventory levels, usage, demand, and stock movements.\nInvestigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies.\nEnsure accuracy of incoming and outgoing inventory transactions.\nOptimize inventory levels while maintaining appropriate parts availability.\nIdentify and manage slow-moving, excess, and obsolete inventory.\nPartner with Sales, Service, Supply Chain, and Operations to forecast inventory requirements.\nTrack inventory KPIs and drive continuous improvement.\nMaintain strong inventory governance and compliance with Sandvik processes.\nWhat you will bring along\nPost-secondary education in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.\nProgressive experience in inventory management, supply chain, materials management, or a related area.\nStrong knowledge of inventory control, reconciliation, forecasting, and optimization.\nExperience with ERP/inventory management systems and Excel.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nMining, heavy equipment, manufacturing, or industrial experience is an asset.\nExperience supporting new technology or product introductions, including readiness planning, training, and resource coordination\nExcellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into practical, frontline-ready guidance\nStrong organizational and planning skills, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset\nEnvironmental Health and Safety\nWe are ethical and compliant, dedicated to health, safety, and sustainability.
