We are now looking for Lead Business Controller.\nMain Responsibilities:\nFollow up, analysis and clear explanations and comments regarding monthly actual results, Quarterly forecasts and yearly targets\nKey performance driver evaluation and monitoring\nPreparation and validation of business cases and investment proposals\nSupport key business decision with fact based analysis and simulation, Puts the financial perspective on operational issues\nNew products evaluation, Standard costing, Life cycle management\nDriving improvements in monthly reporting, Periodic forecast preparations, performing financial analysis of outcome and is part of action plan.\nConsolidation and timely reporting of actual, forecast and target results in Onestream\nDriving Performance improvement, Productwise profitablity & GBR reporting\nDriving Net Working Capital efficiency (improving DIP, Obsc. Slow moving etc.)\nEnsuring internal finance control and processes are maintained and followed in accordance with the statutory practices\nValidation of various Savings\nConduct and communicate financial analysis and reporting with relevant stakeholders to increase awareness leading to relevant actions and comments (monthly, quarterly, ad-hoc)\nUnderstand and demonstrate the attributes as defined in the Sandvik Leadership model\nContingency measures to mitigate risks/inflation\nAgile way of working\nAssign and maintain cost centers, cost efficiency analysis\nCountry Finance Statutory, Internal & Group Audits\nEnsuring timely submission of data and Analysis for Group Audit, Hard close\nSupport in completion of Statutory Audit by data submission and analysis\nResponsible for Cost Audit Compliances\nSupport to Direct Tax in adhering Transfer Pricing Compliances\nSupport to Indirect Tax in adhering GST Compliances\nDriving improvements related to internal Audit observations\nPlant Engineering, Admin & Infra, Site IR\nSupport in Expense Budgeting, quarterly forecast\nMonitoring of Actual expense Vs. Budget\nSet Process for Cost allocation across all functions and plants\nMonthly closing and reporting in BPC\nPreparation and validation of business cases and investment proposals\nGovt. Audits\nData submission and reconciliation for various Audits performed by Govt. Authorities (VAT, GST, EOU etc.)\nNSSO Data submission\nActivities related to Operational Finance to be done in coordination with Country Finance\nCoordination between Business and Country finance for issues related to Supplier payments and open advances, bill booking, any other operational issues related to AR etc.\nValidating and monitoring various cost allocations\nConducting Physical verification of Fixed Assets (once in a year) and stock take (twice in a year)\nSupport in operational Finance (reconciliation of GIT, ICM, clearing accounts, GRIR etc.)\nExperience and required competencies:\n7 to 10 years of experience\n Education: CMA / CA / CIMA / CPA / MBA (Finance)\nAbout us\nDormer Pramet is a global manufacturer and supplier of tools for the metal cutting industry, and we have a truly international presence with four production units and sales offices in 20 countries.
