We are seeking a Machine Grind Operator II to set up and operate robotized top and bottom grinding, ER, and ELB equipment while ensuring products meet quality standards and blueprint specifications.\nIn this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining production efficiency, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and delivering high-quality products in a safe and team-oriented manufacturing environment.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSelect and prioritize jobs using the Shop Floor Control System or as directed by leadership.\nSet up and operate robotized top and bottom grinding, ER, and ELB equipment according to work instructions, blueprints, and specifications.\nDevelop and modify basic CNC programs to support production requirements.\nAdjust machine parameters and perform required robot calibrations.\nVerify process capability using Statistical Process Control (SPC) and other control methods.\nUtilize process-specific measurement systems, including the Roll-ER and PER systems, to ensure conformance to specifications.\nPerform visual inspections to verify products meet all established quality standards.\nMonitor equipment performance to achieve defined efficiency and utilization targets.\nIdentify and support continuous improvement opportunities with peers, supervisors, and engineers.\nPerform routine maintenance on equipment and tooling, including tooling assessment and replacement as needed.\nAssist in developing the skills and knowledge of fellow team members.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.\nFollow all company safety, environmental, and operational requirements.\nPromote teamwork, collaboration, and positive working relationships within the department and across the organization.\nQualifications:\nHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent.\n 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing, mechanical, machining, or process-driven environment. (Preferred)\nAbility to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work instructions.\nExperience operating CNC-controlled equipment and automated manufacturing systems.\nKnowledge of quality inspection methods and precision measuring devices.\nStrong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and mechanical aptitude.\nCommitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.\nAdditional Information:\nShift: 4th/ Weekend (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)\nWork Hours: (7:00AM to 7:00PM -Possible Some Flexibility)\nThis position requires current authorization to work in the United States.
