Supports sharing of best practices.\nJob Summary: The Manufacturing Engineering Specialist supports product lifecycle and manufacturing excellence by managing engineering documentation, CAD models, BOMs, manufacturing routes, and engineering changes. The role collaborates with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, and Sales Areas to resolve technical issues, investigate warranty claims, improve product manufacturability, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.\nWork is performed by following given instructions and guidelines. Use methods, tools and processes within the area of job responsibility. Contribute by using knowledge in own work and in interaction with other in the organization. Support by sharing skills and best practice in the own function and/internal networks. Continuous development of own knowledge and expertise. Take decisions within a defined time frame.\nKey Responsibilities\nCreate and update 2D drawings and 3D models using CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo, Preferably NX.\nManage CAD data, documentation, and drawing revisions in PLM system (Preferably Teamcenter).\nInterpret engineering specifications, sketches, and design requirements.\nPrepare detailed manufacturing and assembly drawings for final products, components and raw material\nDevelop and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs).\nEnsure designs comply with company standards, customer requirements, and industry regulations.\nTurn drawings into manufacturing routes considering production unit capabilities\nRelease updated drawings with customized notes to production, solve operators questions and bring back feedback to improve drawings\nSupport design validation, prototyping, and product development activities.\nImplement engineering change requests (ECRs/ECOs).\nKeep manufacturing routes updated upon R&D and production requirements\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Global R&D, Manufacturing, Quality.\nLead on warranty claims investigations, aligning with R&D, Sales Areas and manufacturing actions\nSupport troubleshooting of design and manufacturing issues, recommending solutions\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Design Engineering, or related field.\nExperience with CAD software (e.g., CATIA, Creo, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, NX).\nGood understanding of engineering drawings, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), and drafting standards.\nKnowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and assembly techniques.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and engineering documentation.\nPreferred Skills\nExperience with PLM tools such as Teamcenter.\nKnowledge of product lifecycle management.\nProblem-solving and analytical skills.\nStrong communication and teamwork abilities.\nAttention to
