The role collaborates with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, and Sales Areas to resolve technical issues, investigate warranty claims, improve product manufacturability, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Work is performed by following given instructions and guidelines. Use methods, tools and processes within the area of job responsibility. Contribute by using knowledge in own work and in interaction with other in the organization. Support by sharing skills and best practice in the own function and/internal networks. Continuous development of own knowledge and expertise. Take decisions within a defined time frame.
