Both positions are temporary until the end of December 2027.\nYour role\nThe roles cover a broad range of responsibilities within the end-to-end order and delivery process, from customer order management to outbound logistics and international deliveries. The balance between different responsibilities will vary based on your experience, strengths and the needs of the team.\nYour key responsibilities\nReceiving and processing customer orders for mining and tunnelling equipment and components, including validating the commercial and technical information of orders and ensuring accurate order handling throughout the process.\nPlanning and coordinating global transportation of equipment and components, evaluating transport alternatives and selecting suitable solutions based on customer, delivery and commercial requirements.\nPreparing export documentation and invoices in compliance with prevailing laws and regulations.\nCommunicating with internal and external stakeholders, supporting our global sales organization and working in close co-operation with production planning, packing department and other supply chain functions.\nYour background and what we find important\nYou have a suitable educational background in business, supply chain management, logistics or another relevant field, along with a good understanding of international trade and preferably some experience in order-to-delivery, order management and/or logistics processes.\nExperience in customer order handling, delivery and export documentation, invoicing, customs processes, transportation or freight coordination is considered an advantage. You do not need to have experience in all of these areas, as the responsibilities can be balanced based on your existing expertise and strengths.\nYou communicate fluently in both Finnish and English, written and spoken, as both languages are used in your daily work.\nTo succeed in the role, you have good collaboration and organisational skills, a customer-oriented and proactive way of working. You are comfortable managing multiple tasks and changing priorities.
